What is the ‘Skin/Hair Health Consultation Subscription Plan’ by RD8 Labs?

How do I begin a subscription plan with RD8 Labs?

Click here to get started with our Skin/Hair Health Consultation Plan. After you have successfully subscribed to this service, you are to book a date and time for your first consultation session with your dedicated consultant. After your booking has been submitted, you will be redirected to an intake form which you are to fill as accurately as you can before your first consultation session.

How long will it take to see results?

This depends on a number of things which include:

    • the severity of concerns you experience,
    • the extent of deterioration your skin has experienced,
    • the ingredients/products being incorporated into your new routine
    • your skin type, amongst other factors. 

We work with your unique situation to obtain realistic results in a safe and effective manner.

Does RD8 Labs provide the recommended products as part of my subscription plan?

Yes, we do. Your care team is also able to provide purchasing support to you if you need it by interacting with the vendors on your behalf and getting your recommended products to you from trusted vendors without you needing to stress.

How long does my subscription last?

Our consultation services are offered on a monthly subscription basis and can be cancelled at any time. We however advice that our clients be able to commit to the subscription plan for a minimum of 3-6 months. This gives the consultant sufficient time to identify key areas of your concerns and for the client to record tangible results.

Do I have to visit my skin/hair consultant for an in-person session?

No. All consultation sessions with your dedicated skin consultant are virtual. You do not need to physically meet with your consultant at any point in time.

What skin/hair conditions are treated at RD8 Labs?

We provide care for most non-medical skin/hair conditions that people with skin of colour experience such as: Acne, Dullness, Wrinkles/Fine lines, Dark circles, Acne scars (Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation), Eye puffiness, Ingrown hair, Texture, Dryness, Excess oil, Back acne, Chest acne, Hyperpigmentation, Dandruff, etc.

Is the Skincare/Haircare Consultation Subscription Service available globally?

Yes. We are available to clients globally. 

Why do I need to send pictures to my consultant?

After your first consultation with your consultant, you are required to send in clear photos of your primary concern areas. These pictures enable the consultant to properly visualise your skin/hair concerns in order to deduce the root of your concerns and proffer effective solutions to it. These pictures should be taken under natural light and the concern area (skin/hair) should be clean and makeup-free.

How many consultation sessions do I have during my subscription service?

You have unlimited access to your professional consultant and care team during the period of your subscription. They are available to you via your primary channel of communication which can be emails, texts, calls, etc.

We advise that you contact your consultant/ care team immediately on next steps.
